Red Lodge Songwriter Festival. As Co-founder and director my responsibilities include, planner, fundraiser, marketer, and event manager for the event in 2016 and future events. This inaugural event included eight performances over three days, six different venues, an educational component and fourteen songwriters

My responsibilities at KOA included the planning, site selection, financial management, vendor management and execution of their annual franchise convention including their fiftieth annual convention which was the largest attended convention ever with over 800 people. This annual convention takes place over four days, includes general sessions, breakout sessions, social gatherings, corporate presentations, and a vendor show attended by over a 100 industry vendors.
KOA Presidents Circle, This meeting recognizes and rewards the top franchisees in their system. My responsible include site selection, promotion, budget, communication, planning and execution of KOAs annual top franchise meeting. It consisted of social activities, outside speakers and adventurous activities. Meeting were held in locations such as Sonoma County California and Anchorage Alaska. It was attended by 60-65 people.
KOA Business Forum, This small group of similar sized campgrounds met and acted as a board of directors for each other in order to facilitate faster growth of revenues and profits. I planned the meetings, recruited members, and acted as the facilitator. These meetings were held twice a year in various locations around the country. Each business reported the financial performance of his or her business and shared their future growth plans while soliciting input from the other members. On occasion an industry expert or outside speaker was brought in that had a common interest to all members. Each group had about 6-8 businesses and 12-16 people.
BOEC Snowbash. As the vice-chair of the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center I was the planner, marketer, chief fundraiser and event manager for the annual SnowBash event from 2004 – 2006. The Snowbash was a benefit for the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center. It was held annually at the Breckenridge Ski Resort bringing about 40 celebrity athletes, including former pro ski racers, adaptive skiers, and NFL alumni together for a ski race and celebrity ball. It included a silent and live auction, concert and music. www.boec.org
As an original board member and volunteer for Hunters Dream for a Cure I was the lead organizer, fundraiser, volunteer coordinator and event manager for both the Celebrity Hunt for Cure and David Diaz Infante Celebrity Golf Classic.
