Financial Management. Projecting cash flow and managing to a budget is key to maximizing profitability and building a sustainable company. I have a comprehensive understanding of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and budgeting. I have managed budgets that have ranged in size from a few hundred thousand dollars to 16 million dollars.
Marketing. Educating small businesses to the principles of effective local marketing is key to the continued growth of these businesses. Employing the right tools so that a business communicates with new and existing customers is tricky in today’s multi-faceted digital world. Team Management. Leading teams and individuals are the key ingredient to any business. I have been an effective leader of people over the past twenty-eight years, leading teams from 4 to 25 people.
